Local police chief joins Rep. Green for Sept. 11 tribute ceremony

PHOTO INFORMATION: State Rep. Phil Green (right) welcomed Genesee Township Police Chief Phil Hart for a special ceremony at the state Capitol on Wednesday in remembrance of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. The ceremony honors first responders and members of the military from communities throughout the state, including those who have died in the line of duty.

Green represents Genesee Township as part of the 67^th Michigan House District, which covers portions of Genesee, Lapeer and Tuscola counties.
